Case No. 1050 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per FIR there is recovery of 23.580 litres of liquor from the Gumti of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.12.2019 and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge,
