The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 86.715 litres of illicit liquor from another village, from a place which does not belong to the petitioner herein.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of his bad antecedent inasmuch as he is accused in two other cases of similar nature. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 06.12.2018.

No.2063 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 566 of 2018. It is further directed that in case the petitioner is implicated in similar type of cases henceforth, the present privilege of bail shall stand cancelled automatically.
