====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-08-2025 By the last order dated 26.06.2025, the present petition was admitted subject to payment of 50 per cent of the total arrears to Opposite Party No. 2.

2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.184 of 2021(6) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 that the petitioner has not paid a single paisa to Opposite Party No. 2 in compliance with the order dated 26.06.2025 passed by this Court. Instead, he is seeking four weeks' time to comply with the same.

3. However, non-payment of a single paisa during the period of more than two months in pursuance of the order dated 26.06.2025 shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the present petition.

4. Hence, the present petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to learned Family Court, Madhepura, for strict enforcement of the impugned order. (Jitendra Kumar, J) S.Ali/- U T
