The victim was major and matured lady at the time of alleged occurrence and in her statement, initially, she stated that she had left the house of her husband by her own sweet will as she was being tortured by her husband, but subsequently, in her statement, she stated that she was allured and taken away by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
