1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For issuance of writ in certiorari nature by quashing the order dated 20.06.2022 (Annexure9) passed by the Respondent No.3 by which he has rejected the Miscellaneous (Anganbari) Revision Application No. 29/2021-22 filed by the petitioner.

(b) For quashing the order dated 17.05.2021 (Annexure-8) passed by the Respondent No.4 in Miscellaneous (Anganbari) Case No.13/2020-21 contained in Memo No. 144 dated 17.05.2022 by which he has cancelled the selection/

Patna High Court CWJC No.2603 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/2 appointment of the petitioner for the post of Anganbari Sahayeeka, Centre No.301, Ward No.

01, Gram Panchayat Raushanpur, Block - Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, which has been made by the selection committee in the General Meeting (Aam Sabha) held on 31.08.2019 after thorough verification, in arbitrary.

(c) For issuance of writ in mandamus nature by directing the Respondent authority to restore the selection / appointment of the petitioner for the post of 'Anganbari Sahayeeka' Centre No.301, Ward No. 01, Gram Panchayat Raushanpur who had already been worked since 21.03.2020 to 22.07.2021 continuously, cautiously and properly without stigma during her tenure."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
