The petitioners are in custody in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 315 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they is in custody since 28.11.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 76 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to them. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)
