Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide Annexure 1.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 5.1.2021 it appears that out of 5 chargesheeted witnesses four of them have been examined and two Investigating officers are yet to be examined.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. Let the trial be concluded preferably within nine months.
