Petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 167/18 for the offence under sections 399, 402 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 8/20(b) (ii) (c), 22 of NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that 2 kg. of Ganja was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 19.9.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja is two kg. and investigation of the present case is now complete, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4319 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali , in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018.
