The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 06.01.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46852 of 2015 disposed of with Cr. Misc. No.31697 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2015 and in near future also the trial is not likely to be concluded, to which the learned A.P.P. seriously opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of bail, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
