The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khizarsarai P.S. case No. 207/2020 registered u/s 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The police intercepted a pick up van and apprehended one Randhir Kumar. 57 bottles of beer, each containing 500 ml., was recovered from the pick up van. Randhir Kumar disclosed that his cousin, Dharmendra Yadav, was running business of wheat husk and wheat husk and beer were loaded in the pick up van by Dharmendra Yadav. Randhir Kumar further disclosed the name of the persons who managed to flee away. The name of petitioner is disclosed by Randhir Kumar as the person who managed to flee away but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Khizarsarai P.S. case No. 207 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
