The petitioner, who is lady, seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation. During investigation, suspicion has been raised against this petitioner on account of the fact that this petitioner had illicit relation with the deceased. There is no eye-witness to the alleged occurrence and petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the fact that only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a lady,
