The Petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No.124 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 342, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302, 452, 384/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before Sri Mithilesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the reason for which the occurrence took place in which the deceased was murdered, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of seriousness of the offence.
