2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the main allegation is against Md. Sattar and Md. Mobarak for killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is a lady and she is in jail since 4.7.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the main accused in this case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6903 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 305 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
