JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.12.2014 in connection with Sessions Trial no. 171 of 2015, arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 446 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol, mobile and various SIMS were recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2014 and the charge sheet has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24619 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 been submitted in the present case. As per allegation, one loaded country made pistol, Mobile and various SIMS were recovered from possession of the petitioner.
On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial no. 171 of 2015, arising out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 446 of 2014.
