Petitioner is accused in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 644 of 2015 registered under Sections 399/402 of the I.P.C. and section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 25 of the Arms Act.
The Police on receiving information about gathering of the miscreants for making plan for committing crime reached near the AIIMS Hospital. On seeing the Police Party, five miscreants succeeded to flee away but the petitioner with one loaded country made and one Gorakh Nat were apprehended by the Police, who disclosed the name of their four other associates. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13581 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 submits that it would appears from the F.I.R. that one loaded country made pistol is said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2015 and after the present case, petitioner has been remanded in one another Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 624 of 2015 registered under section 395/397 of the I.P.C. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., Ist Class, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 644 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
