JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-02-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents for grant of intermediate trained pay scale with effect from 05.04.1976 and for payment of difference of salary from 05.04.1976 to 14.05.1981.

The petitioner has superannuated from service on 31.10.2012 and after more than seven years of superannuation, the petitioner has filed the present writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation filed by the petitioner on 16.09.2019 has not yet

Without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Saran at Chapra to take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest.
