Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of kidnapping and rape against the petitioner and co-accused and the victim has supported her version in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with S. Tr. No. 388 of 2014 arising out of Dehri (Nagar) P. S. Case no. 241 of 2013 is rejected.

However, learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram, is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and to conclude the same as early as possible as the petitioner is languishing in jail since 9.4.2014.
