Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 341, 326, 307, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code to the section 304B I.P.C. was added later on.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he is elder brother of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is separate in mess from the husband of the deceased and he has no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2019.

Case No. 43 of 2004.
