From perusal of the report submitted by Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, Ara,it is evident that all the witnesses have already been examined. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the statement has already been recorded on 07.04.2017.

That being so, learned lower court i.e. 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara is directed to proceed with the trial and conclude the same within a month on day to day basis and will submit a report to this effect.

With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed of.
