Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with one other FIR named accused is said to have assaulted the deceased by means of sword. The postmortem report of the deceased reveals that multiple fracture was found on the person of the deceased and the aforesaid injuries became cause of death of the deceased. However, it is informed on behalf of the informant that almost all the prosecution witnesses, except investigating officer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3951 of 2019(3) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 and doctor, have already been examined and there is every likelihood of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018 stands rejected.
