The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.667 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The bag from which the liquor was recovered does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.4480 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.
