The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on protest being made by the father of the informant when accused persons hurled abuse and all the seven FIR named accused persons assaulted the father of the informant, who died on the spot, when the informant and brother of the informant came they were also assaulted. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24156 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 subsequently sprang up during investigation. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated accused Bhajan Das has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 12231 of 2015. Considering the fact that the accusation is specific against FIR named accused persons, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 811 of 2013.
