Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections--25(i-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner was caught on the spot and, allegedly, one country-made loaded Katta was recovered from his conscious possession. It is alleged that the petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 19-12-2014 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

No.14333 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 401 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 328 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Ram Vinod Prasad Singh, learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV, Begusarai.
