2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354, 308, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 17.10.2023 by the informant, Anti Devi.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on 17.10.2023 due to dispute of the drainage, the accused persons came and started abusing and when she objected to it, this petitioner gave 'khanti' blow on the head causing serious injury. When her sister-in-law came to rescue, she was also assaulted. Accordingly, the FIR.
4. A coordinate Bench had called for the case diary and learned APP has taken this Court to the injury inflicted on the informant:-

Opinion - Injury No. 1 And 2 Are Opinion Reserve Cause By Hard Blunt Substance."

Though learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and due to minor drainage dispute, the occurrence took place, in view of the kind of injury that the lady has suffered on her head as also on the hip joint, the allegation is on this petitioner, no relief can be granted.

6. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
