Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Isuapur P.S. Case no. 194 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of the FIR, it is manifest that Munna Rai and Manager Rai assaulted the aunt of the informant on her head and nose due to which she became seriously injured and when the informant rushed to save her another accused Prahalad Rai

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16486 of 2020(3) dt.21-10-2021 2/2 assaulted the informant with rod on his head with a view to kill. Further Dina Rai took out Rs 500/- from the pocket of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners and the informant are agnates. There is land dispute between the parties and from perusal of the injury report, it would manifest that injuries on aunt of the informant Munni Devi and Pankaj Kumar are simple in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra (Saran) in Isuapur P.S. Case no. 194 of 2019 subject to the condition under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) s.hassan/- U T
