JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 681 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be in-laws of opposite party no.2, is of subjecting her to cruelty and harassment with respect to demand.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing specific has been attributed against the petitioners and the husband is not the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3518 of 2019(3) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the complainant, they have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stating that the allegation is also against the petitioners.
