JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction quashing the order dated 17.10.2023 passed by the Respondent no. 3, the Collector, Madhubani in Anganbari Appeal No. 253/2022 by which the appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed and the order issued under Memo No. 1581 dated 30-07-2022 passed by the District Programme Officer, Madhubani in Misc.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2258 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/3 Case No. 37/2019 has been affirmed as contained in Annexure-P/11 to this writ application.

(B). For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction quashing the order passed by the Respondent no. 4, the District Programme Officer, Madhubani, in Miscellaneous Case no. 37/2019 and communicated under Memo No.

1581 dated 30.07.2022 by which the case filed by the petitioner has been dismissed as contained in Annuexure-P/10 to this writ application.

(C). For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction quashing the selection letter dated 11-62019 issued by the Respondent no. 5 the Mahila Supervisor, Laukaha District- Madhubani by which the Respondent no. 7 has been selected as Anganbari Sevika at Centre No. 222 in Ward No. 7 in Gram Panchayat, Karmedh North Block, P.S.- Khutauna, District- Madhubani as contained in Annexure-5 to this writ application.

(D). For issuance of appropriate writ/ order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to select/appoint the petitioner as Anganbari Sevika at Centre No. 222 Ward No. 07 of Karmedh North Gram Panchayat Block, Khutauna, District- Madhubani by removing the respondent no. 7 and also to make payment of salary to the petitioner for the said period." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2258 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 3/3 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
