The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 229 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the victim alleged that the petitioner and others enticed his wife.

It is submitted that during the course of investigation, the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that the petitioner Akhilesh Kumar, Dharmendra Ram and Antia Devi took her to Bangalore on the pretext of meeting her husband, but the victim did not complain about any ill treatment at the hands of the petitioner and others. The petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2014. The victim is a major girl.
