Petitioner is accused in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 563 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the I.P.C. and section 25(1-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not apprehended by the Police rather his name has been disclosed by co-accused Jagat Bahadur, Jeevan Sunar and Basant Bahadur, who are said to be apprehended by the Police with arms showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case and other cases also. Further submission is that co-accused Jagat Bahadur and Jeevan Sunar, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13659 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 14740 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 14664 of 2016 on 08.04.2016 and 08.04.2016 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 563 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 563 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
