Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act to which section 302 I.P.C. was added later on.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Allegation against her is of hitting the mother of the informant, but there is no injury report on the record to support the allegations. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
