JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against him and admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased. The petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that he had sweet relation with the deceased and had talked with the deceased on her phone, prior to the recovery of dead body of the deceased.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22890 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 150 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
