The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: (i) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 31.08.2023 passed in Case no.26 of 2023-24 by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Raxaul, East Champaran whereby and whereunder the learned Deputy Collector rejected the petition dated 02.06.2023 fled by the petitioners for restraining the respondents no.4 to 10 who trying to dispose the petitioners from the land in question le. Khata no.76, Khesra no.932, area-1 katha 6 dhrus situated at Thana no.21, Kanana AnchalRaxaul, District- East Champaran; (ii) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.4 to 10 not to disturb the possession of

(iii) to grant any other relief or reliefs under which the petitioner found entitled to the fact and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the appropriate authority against the order passed by the DCLR, Raxaul in Case No. 26 of 2023-24.

4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merit of the case.
