2. The petitioner has challenged the judgment dated 21.11.2019 passed in Maintenance Case No. 124M of 2012 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar by which Rs. 4000 has been directed to pay the opposite party no. 2 as maintenance.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and the O.P. No. 2 are staying together.

If this is the case, then the petitioner is given liberty to file an application in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar for modification of the order and if the contention of the petitioner is found true then the learned Principal Judge, Buxar will pass an order in accordance with law.
