The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of A.T.M. cloning machine, A.T.M. of several banks etc. from the place of occurrence from where the petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is a young boy of 25 years studying in B.A. Part-I and has been implicated by the Police in the present case without any basis.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 340 of 2018.
