The petitioners seek bail in a case under section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that both the petitioners were apprehended by the police and from possession of petitioner Manoj Rai 2 Kg. Ganja and from possession of petitioner Ashok Rai 2.5 Kg. Ganja were recovered and for that the petitioners are in jail for more than three and a half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge,
