The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant has alleged that he came to Patna and when he returned to his house, he found that some unknown criminals had committed theft in his house. The allegation is that the petitioners are the night guards and they have formed a gang to commit theft in the absence of the house owners and they used to sell those theft goods in the Nepal. However, there is no recovery
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17118 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 from the possession of any of the petitioners. In such view of the matter, all the four petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, District Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 509 of 2015 subject to the condition that they must report to the nearest police station on or before the 7th day of every month at the interval of one month for six months.
