Case No. 503 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Prosecution case is of recovery of 38.500 litres of liquor from the dicky of the bus and petitioner is said to be driver of the bus.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is driver of the bus and he has no knowledge about the liquor and he is in custody since 14.12.2019, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3502 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nawadah, in connection with Hisua P.S.
