The petitioners seek regular bail in Special Case No.10658 of in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No.1011 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..

There is recovery of 42 and odd ltrs. of liquor from the Tempo and the petitioners were arrested from there. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they were arrested only on suspicion and they have no criminal antecedent. They are in custody for more than 1 1⁄2 months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.10658 of 2019 in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Casae No.1011 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
