No doubt, the petitioner was caught from the house of co-accused, Lallan Yadav but admittedly, the looted motorcycle was recovered from the same house. Considering this aspect of the matter that uptill now, the petitioner has not been put on TIP, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
