The order dated 06.08.2018 passed in CWJC No 3685 of 2015 has allowed the petitioner liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in case he is aggrieved by the decision based on the representation. A reasoned and speaking order has since been passed and placed on record in the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Party No 1. In view of the substantial compliance, no further order is required to be passed.
