The trial court has reported that the case of petitioner is pending for appearance of other accused.
Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 18-09-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43188 of 2015 taking note of this fact that 67 kgs. Ganja and cutting machine had been recovered from house of the petitioner in the year, 2004 and, he could be remanded in the year, 2014. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the grounds, mentioned by me in my above-said previous order and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No. 18(B) of 2004 arising out of Bakhteyarpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2004 stands rejected.
