Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S.Case No.347 of 2019 dated 21.9.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per FIR, there is recovery of liquor from the semiconstructed house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself shows that allegation of involving in the liquor business is against Mintu, who is the son of the petitioner and only because she is mother, she has also been made accused in this case as well as she has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IInd cum Special Judge, Excise, Vaishali (Hajipur) in connection with Vaishali P.S.Case No.347 of 2019 dated 21.9.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
