Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 139 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366, 366A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Afzal Masuri. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle in question which was hired by Afjal Masuri on advance payment of Rs. 1000/- at the rate of Rs. 13 per kilometer as is evident from the receipt
