The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No.251 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 337, 338, 307, 420 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 33, 41 & 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Section 4 (1-a) & 4 (I) of D.E. Act of (I) of B.M. Act. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4556 of 2023(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, especially considering the fact that petitioner is aged about 70 years.
