2. The writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondents authorities to make adequate and satisfactory payment as compensation treating the land as residential cum commercial land alongwith compound interest on delay payment of the compensation.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority in accordance with law.

4. If such representation is filed, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the same preferably within a period six months from the date of filing of such representation.
