JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 1303-2015 on the accusation that one loaded country-made Katta and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession.

It appears from perusal of paragraph-3 of this petition that only one case was instituted against petitioner prior to institution of the present case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
