In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order of termination. The petitioner was a Senior Medical Representative of Abbott Health Care Pvt. Ltd. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by the Bihar State Minority Commission dated 12.04.2016 and order passed by the Assistant Labour
Patna High Court CWJC No.7458 of 2017(3) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 Commissioner and also advised the company not to take any action against the present petitioner.
As the writ petition is not maintainable against the private company, the same is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, he may take recourse of law before an appropriate forum.
