Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 364, 447, 342, 201, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2017 after surrender in the case wherein charge sheet was submitted in the year 2008.

The report of the learned court below dated 24th May, 2019 would reveal that the case was committed to the Court of Sessions on 20.05.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5417 of 2019(6) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No. 236A of 2008, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner and conclude the trial by keeping the petitioner in custody.
