JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sangrampur P. S. Case No.162 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 468, 34 of IPC. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the opposite party no.2. There is allegation against him of demand of Rs.2 lacs for business purpose, for that, brutally assaulted the informant-opposite party no.2, causing fracture injury to her leg. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her with dignity and care and there is no injury report is available on the record. He is in custody since 16.09.2019. Further submission is that as the process has issued after investigation, but there is no chance of tampering

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-14th, Motihari, in connection with Sangrampur P. S. Case No.162 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
