====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 60 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Jay Kumar Chaudhary.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents out of which one antecedent is of similar nature.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
